I recently had the privilege of taking sessions with Preet  to overcome a challenging period of depression, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and compassion. So I wanted to share my experience that, after taking life coaching from preet keswani, I can see a major shift in my mindset, the way I used to process or take things earlier has now completely changed.

The situations are the same in my life but the way I am now in these situations has completely changed. and this could only happen because she guided me with the tools and techniques to manage my past traumas.

The best part of her is preet don’t give up on GYAN. She made you do things practically to bring change in life by just working on one’s mindset.

And other than this she is always available for the client, she doesn’t treat the client as just a client, he or she becomes a part of her life. She listens to everything so calmly, understands the situation and above that puts herself in others shoes and also puts different perceptions to think about.

This is something one cannot get from any other person, and that’s the biggest support she gives above what tools and techniques she gives to her client for life .

One who is emotionally drained and is going through childhood trauma needs this kind of support that she has given to me.

She has actually hand holded me and kehte hai na kichad se khinch k nikalna, she has actually done that to me..

I, being an aspiring positive parenting coach, needed this alot to transform myself so I can change the lives of other parents too.
